Mr. Jingles is a Leprechawn, his height is about 1m, that can control the own life, it means he can control when his age and never die. In Reborn of Shadows' universe, every being has a hourglass that indicates it's life, these hourglasses are located in the Limbo, Jingles can flip his own hourglass at his wish. He can feel when the sand in his hourglass is almost over (what means he is about to die) and flip it in the right moment, that's why he is virtually immortal, that's why his age is unknown. He can teleport instantaneously to any place he knows that exist, it's harder to go to the right place when he never was in there. He smokes mysterious herbs in his pipe, that can provoke many different feelings, since a pleasured state of numb to a deep sleep (a blow from his smoke can mean an instantaneous KO) or be used to create illusions. He was a annoying leprechaun where he lived, tormenting the citizens, that's why Loky was sent to stop him. Loky defeats his illusions and tricks and thus Jingles became his loyal adviser/helper/best friend. Jingles is incredible smart, being usually the brain behind Loky's decisions. He rarely fights, to not say never, he is more like beating you by a discussion or convincing you to give up, usually using his illusions and other pipe's resources. He likes to be referred as mister though rarelly keeps an old aspect.
