A: Only if your characters are human. but since most angels are then yes. But when you submit them. you can make them dressed how you want.
Q: Are the hoods for the non-combatants really that color?
A: No. But we enforce you wear an appropriate color. The hoods comes with the uniform but you are not forced to wear it.

Q: Can we do any kind of agent we want?
A: Anyone but Demons. Humans are Fine
